Supported post-production and VFX coordination for a commercial campaign by identifying and logging VFX plates across multiple deliverables, including hero and social versions. Built and maintained a VFX tracking database documenting timecodes, edit-version references, screenshots, and detailed notes from both client and internal feedback rounds.
Reviewed multiple versions of the edit to reconcile client requests with internal production notes, ensuring accurate identification of required VFX work and surfacing variances between rounds. Structured the tracking system to reduce redundancy across deliverables and clearly map each plate to its usage across versions.
In addition, generated social-format preview exports in Adobe Premiere Pro, creating 9×16 and 4×5 reframed versions for creative review and collaborating with the team to QC and address visual issues (including glitchy frames) before resending updated exports.
Key Contributions:
- Built and maintained a VFX plate tracking index in Airtable (screenshots, timecodes, notes, status, and variances)
- Identified VFX plates across multiple edit versions and deliverables and consolidated duplicate entries into a single source of truth
- Reconciled client feedback with internal notes and flagged discrepancies across rounds for confirmation
- Prepared the project for VFX handoff by organizing clear plate references and tracking statuses
- Created 9×16 and 4×5 social preview exports in Premiere Pro, including reframing adjustments and QC fixes prior to review
